PURPOSE AND AIM OF QUALIFICATIONS
The rationale of the programme is to provide a career path for learners who wish to develop their care capabilities within the health and social care sector. The outcome of the Diploma, which is a recognised UK Qualification, is for learners to develop the skills required by organisations globally.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Entry Requirements
Learners who possess Qualifications at Level 2 and/or;
Learners who have work experience in a business environment and demonstrate ambition with clear career goals;
Learners who possess a level 3 qualification in another discipline and want to develop their careers in business management.
TOTAL QUALIFICATION TIME (TQT)
The QUALIFI Diploma in Health and Social Care is a Level 3 qualification made up of 60 credits.TQT includes undertaking each of the activities of Guided Learning, Directed Learning and Invigilated Assessment. Each 10-credit unit approximates to a TQT of 100 hours incorporating 65 hours of GLH. Total TQT for this course 600.
